James co-founded LandSouth Construction in 1998 and has more than 25 years' experience in the construction and real estate industry, having completed over 15,000 units with project value over $750 million. He is a certified building contractor in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University. Email James

Joseph Passkiewicz, Senior Vice President - Development

Joe is responsible for developing and executing management programs regarding safety, quality assurance, corporate policy as well as implementing procedures through the development of field and project management manuals. In addition, Joe leads our estimating department, overseeing all prospective new projects. Rob Vergnolle, Vice President - Operations

Rob joins LandSouth with over 20 years of construction experience with completion of over 5,500 multi-family units.  He has been directly involved in all facets of multi-family construction over the years from groundwork to owner relationships. Rob supports the project management staff to ensure each project is meeting their goal.  He also manages our client relationships. Rob is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel. Email Rob

Dana Webb, Financial Controller

Dana manages the day to day operations of the accounting department, is responsible for payroll, daily cash management, budgeting, and financial report preparation. She brings over 15 years of financial and construction industry experience to LandSouth. Dan Riedel, Project Manager

Dan is responsible for design-build construction, construction management, owner relationships, subcontractor management and all phases of project construction. He has managed construction of the largest Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved apartment project in the State of Florida. Dan has over 35 years' experience including development and construction of commercial facilities, warehouses, office parks, residential subdivisions, healthcare facilities and institutional projects. Jason Cromer, Project Manager

Jason is responsible for field management operations, managing subcontractors, developing strong relationships with clients and achieving project completion and satisfaction from his clients. He began his construction management career in 2005 and has successfully integrated his technical skills into field management operations. During his tenure with LandSouth, he has been directly responsible for construction of more than 1,000 multifamily units. Jeff Ryan, Project Manager

Jeff joins LandSouth with nearly 20 years of construction experience ranging from multifamily construction to cold storage refrigeration. His experience also includes federal government contracting. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida, is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and attained OTI 500 - Construction Industry Occupational Safety & Health Certification. Mark joins LandSouth with over 14 years of construction experience with an emphasis on managing multifamily developments, commercial build outs and hotel renovations. He has extensive experience managing and completing complex, multi-phased projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local building officials, vendors and owners while maintaining costs and deadlines. Krista joins LandSouth with an extensive history of administrative and customer service experience.  She is responsible for providing complete administrative support to the project team ensuring the project is managed properly.  Jamie Price

Jamie combines her 18 years of experience in construction with estimating, budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing. She will be providing support to the team and coordinating incoming and outgoing project correspondence from the jobsites to the office.
