Additionally, a complete material quantity survey is performed in order to prepare accurate schematic pricing, determine production rates and verify vendor quantities. During construction, our integrated contract management software provides timely budget information to keep clients informed and empowered to make decisions. Each month we provide clients with a comprehensive Owner's Report documenting cost information, including changes and current contingencies.
