Our Quality Assurance Program is designed in accordance with the Lean ISO: 9001 Quality Management System. ISO 9001 is the world's most established framework for monitoring and improving performance and sets the current international standard for quality-control management systems. The program provides organized structure, effective procedures and improved documentation for the entire construction team so that adjustments can be made on-the-fly to address potential quality issues. A project-specific Quality Plan (PQP) is developed for each specific project to ensure all quality standards are met effectively.
We use an advanced punch list program to more efficiently and effectively ensure defect-free project delivery. Using a mobile application, punch list items are gathered in the field and "synced" into a master program that electronically collates and distributes deficiencies to subcontractors by e-mail or fax. This system has dramatically reduced punch-out times and improved quality control by documenting reoccuring deficiencies.
Third-party consultants are a valuable tool in validating proper installations and materials as per construction documents and installation recommendations. Our staff works closely with consultants examining the building envelope, mold, moisture prevention and indoor air quality. We also work with various other quality control inspectors for specialty items.
