“Planned Mobility” redefining how we live, work and play

Boca Raton, Fla. -- LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed use development, recently broke ground on, APOC Apartment Townhomes, a new 90-unit luxury apartment townhome development in the PMD which is located north of Yamato Road and Congress Ave. within the Arvida Park of Commerce (APOC) in Boca Raton, Fla.

NCC Development Group of Delray Beach and Elevate Partners are the developer and assembled a great TEAM of professionals including Dunay, Miskel & Backman, RLC Architects, Sun-tech Engineering, All Around Consulting, Architectural Alliance Landscape, and JMD Traffic Engineering.

“We have been working with the Developer and the TEAM’s consultants in order to produce a well-balanced development with a very unique product type regarding budget and aesthetics,” said Paul Sowders, LandSouth Senior Project Manager.

Once completed, APOC Townhouses will feature 12 three-story buildings a clubhouse and a pool. All 12 buildings will have personal driveways and garages. He also comes from a Big 4 accounting background, starting his career performing international audits for Ernst & Young.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has begun construction on Broxton Bay, a $32 million luxury apartment community on the flourishing Northside in Jacksonville, Fla.

Broxton Bay, a 324-unit, gated, mid-rise apartment community, is designed to serve appeal to savvy residents by offering well-appointed apartment homes within walking distance of employment, and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment.

The apartments will offer residents the luxuries of urban living in a suburban location. Broxton Bay is located minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, easy access to I-95 and the I-295 beltway, expanding JaxPort, the new UF Health Hospital and River City Marketplace.

“An array of 15 three-story buildings with a stone veneer finish will showcase Garden Style apartments with sizeable updated building and floor plans conveniently located alongside retail, dining and entertainment centers, all nestled in a private setting between lakes and wooded areas,” said LandSouth President/CEO James Pyle.

LandSouth Construction Begins American House in Fort Myers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed use developments, has begun construction on American House, a $20 million luxury senior living, assisted living and memory care community in Fort Myers, Fla.

American House Fort Myers is being developed by nationally known Redico of Southfield, Mich. and managed by American House Senior Living Communities. Scheduled for opening in February 2018, PQH Group of Jacksonville, Fla. is the architect on the 121,964-square foot project.

Steele Creek is situated on 14.7 beautiful acres in eight buildings and is being developed by A.C. Packer West, LLC of Jacksonville Beach, Fla. The architect of the 300-unit, 420,274 square foot project is Charlan Brock & Associates of Maitland, Fla. Completion is scheduled for Fall 2017.
