Cintron joins LandSouth with 19 years of professional experience in the construction, real estate development, hospitality, and statistical research industries. Prior to joining LandSouth he was CFO for WPC Industrial Contractors, LLC and CFO for Encore Construction Group, Inc., a division of Garney Construction. He also comes from a Big 4 accounting background, starting his career performing international audits for Ernst & Young.

A proven change agent, Cintron prides himself not only on bringing value as a financial expert but as an operational leader. Throughout his career, he has led many strategic initiatives that have resulted in increased profitability and streamlined operations.

In addition to his duties as CFO, Cintron is tasked with leading the long-term strategy for LandSouth and will oversee all administrative functions including human resources, IT, marketing, and accounting.

Cintron earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Florida DBPR. He also holds the designation of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) from the Institute of CCIFPs, an elite group of about 1,100 professionals nationwide and only 36 in the state of Florida.

Growth Propels LandSouth into National Multifamily Housing Council’s Prestigious Top 10

Cromer was recently promoted to senior project manager and has been with LandSouth for 12 years.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has begun construction on Broxton Bay, a $32 million luxury apartment community on the flourishing Northside in Jacksonville, Fla.

Broxton Bay, a 324-unit, gated, mid-rise apartment community, is designed to serve appeal to savvy residents by offering well-appointed apartment homes within walking distance of employment, and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment.

LandSouth Construction Begins Work on New Apartments in Winter Springs, Fla.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has commenced construction on Integra 360, new luxury apartments in Winter Springs, Fla.

Integra 360 is being developed by Integra Land Company of Lake Mary, Fla. ACi, Associated Consulting International, of Winter Park, Fla. is designing the 30-acre community. Completion is scheduled for October 2017.

LandSouth Preparing to Build Luxury Apartments Near Chattanooga

LandSouth Construction Begins Building Portiva Residences in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has begun construction on Portiva Residences, a $25 million luxury apartment community on Jacksonville’s Southside.
