LandSouth Construction has started construction on Integra Cove, a $27,800,000 million garden style apartment community in Orlando, Fla.
The development will be nestled on 14.5 acres with 338 residences, 28 buildings, a large clubhouse and abundant amenities. Construction has commenced and scheduled for completion in the summer of 2015.
The developer is Integra Land Company of Lake Mary, Fla. Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. is designing the community. In its 16 year history, LandSouth Construction has completed more than 10,000 multifamily units, including apartments, senior living, condominiums, and townhomes.

We believe Integra Cove will attract residents who enjoy the best of location and design," said Joe Passkiewicz, vice president of operations for LandSouth Construction, which is currently working on several multifamily projects throughout the southeast.
When completed, Integra Cove's amenities will include a clubhouse with state of the art fitness center, business center, pool with cabana, BBQ stations and outdoor fireplace.
The gated community will feature one, two and three bedroom homes with one or two baths ranging from 629 to 1,303 square feet of living space. Interior elements will include crown moulding, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Detached garages will be available.
Integra Cove is located at Central Florida Parkway and Westwood Boulevard in the mist center of Orlando’s growing entertainment, retail, restaurant and employment hub while also offering easy access to all Central Florida has to offer.
