LandSouth Construction breaks ground on $23 million apartments

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has commenced construction on 1760, a $23 million luxury apartments in Lawrenceville, Ga.

1760 is being developed by LIV Development of Birmingham, Ala. Charlan, Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. is designing the community. Completion is scheduled for April 2017.

The 239 spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes will feature 20 different floor plans ranging from 742 to 1,465 square feet.
1760 will offer luxurious urban style living with private balconies, granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and luxury wood plank vinyl flooring.

Over 12,000 square feet of resort-style amenities include a luxury clubhouse overlooking the pool and courtyard with scenic spots for grilling and entertainment. Residents will enjoy an extra-large modern fitness center, yoga studio, cyber café, car wash and casual bar area.

The development consists of 324,457 square feet including four buildings, each four stories with elevators, two carriage houses and a pool house, surface and garage parking will be available. 1760 is conveniently located on eight beautiful acres near I-85 and GA 316 off Sugarloaf Parkway.
