JACKSONVILLE, Fla.  - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has begun construction on Integra River Run Residences, an estimated $30 million luxury apartment community on Jacksonville’s flourishing Northside.

Integra River Run is being developed by Integra Land Company of Winter Park, Fla. with Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. as the architect. Completion is scheduled for December 2017.
