JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has commenced construction on Steele Creek, a $33 million luxury apartment community in Jacksonville, Fla.

Steele Creek is situated on 14.7 beautiful acres in eight buildings and is being developed by A.C. Packer West, LLC of Jacksonville Beach, Fla. The architect of the 300-unit, 420,274 square foot project is Charlan Brock & Associates of Maitland, Fla. Completion is scheduled for Fall 2017.
