“Planned Mobility” redefining how we live, work and play

Boca Raton, Fla. – LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior living and mixed-use development, recently broke ground on, APOC Apartment Townhomes, a new 90-unit luxury apartment townhome development in the PMD which is located north of Yamato Road and Congress Ave. within the Arvida Park of Commerce (APOC) in Boca Raton, Fla.

The developers, NCC Development Group of Delray Beach and Elevate Partners, have assembled a great team of professionals including Dunay, Miskel & Backman, RLC Architects, Sun-Tech Engineering, All Around Consulting, Architectural Alliance Landscape, and JMD Traffic Engineering.

“We have been working with the developers and the teams’s consultants in order to produce a well-balanced development with a very unique product type regarding budget and aesthetics,” said Paul Sowders, LandSouth Senior Project Manager. Once completed, APOC Townhouses will feature 12, three–story buildings a clubhouse and a pool. All 12 buildings will have personal driveways and garages. Residents will be able to choose from many different floor plans. Juan Caycedo of RLC Architects led the development’s design and was inspired by the predominantly modern [former] business park within the Arvida Park of Commerce. The community will feature different designs all to fit the taste of their target – young professionals.

In addition to the amenities of APOC Apartment Townhomes, residents will be able to enjoy the benefits of living in a “planned mobility” designated park. This designation allows for more residential and retail development so residents will be able to work/play/live all within the 700–acre mixed–use space. They will have easy access to airports, highways, top rated schools, sports, dining, art, nightlife and beaches.
