Windsor Pointe Independent Living

Windsor Pointe Independent Living stands three stories tall and houses 137 units and two elevators. The 169,600 square foot property sits on just over five acres. Residents have the option of a one or two-bedroom home in 20 unique floor plans. All interiors feature vinyl plank flooring in the kitchens and bathrooms. Designed to emulate a coastal Mediterranean style, this senior living facility features an onsite cabana equipped with a grille and pool. Additional community conveniences include a spa, putting green, dog park, fire pit, and a bocce ball court. It is conveniently located near Jacksonville Beach, St. John’s Town Center, and Mayo Clinic.
