Each unit is appointed with granite countertops, 42″ upper cabinets, E-Star appliances, and all units are complete with washers and dryers. The development is a four-story, resort-style community with elevators and air conditioned corridors. Village on the Avenue is conveniently located on S. Florida Ave., the main north/south corridor through Lakeland. There is also pedestrian access to the adjacent shopping center.
