The Franklin has an art deco style with a stucco exterior and concrete roof tiles. The development is made up of seven buildings across the 10.2 acre property. Each unit features 42″ cabinets, plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, upgraded electrical, and premium plumbing fixtures. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, entertainment/gaming area, and pool cabanas.
