This development is located near the popular St. Johns Town Center, between Downtown and the Beaches. Nestled on 13 acres, JTB Apartments boasts over 11,000 square feet of luxurious amenities including a rooftop terrace, a true resort-style pool, fire pits, demonstration kitchen, outdoor bar area, game room, fitness center and cafe lounge. Interiors are graced with sleek upscale finishes, vaulted ceilings, shaker cabinets with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Residents can enjoy private patios or balconies and key-less entry. The gated community offers a remarkable array of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes in 10 floor plans averaging from 640 to 1,454 square feet.
