The Harrison Apartment Suites offers 240 beautiful apartment homes in 17 spacious one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 840 to 1,988 square feet. Interior highlights include granite countertops and vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, bath, and foyer. All units are equipped with ventilated vinyl coated shelving and washer/dryers. Apartment buildings have elevators and stucco and siding exteriors with accentuated columns. The 353,505 square foot project’s access-controlled amenities include a clubhouse, pool with pavilion, dog park, and wash. Residents enjoy great parks, beaches, and waterways including Lido Beach, Siesta Key Beach, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Sarasota Bay, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and Pineapple Park.
