Regal Apartments will be a 5-building, stick frame, 4-story development with an urban architectural style. Units will come in 11 different floor plans ranging from 623 square feet to more than 1,600 square feet. Future residents can choose either a studio, one, two, or three-bedroom homes. Regal Apartments will offer a clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, golf simulator, boardwalk, and other high-end amenities. The development is near area beaches, St. Johns Town Center, and the University of North Florida.
