Adrienne Knisely is a seasoned Human Resources leader who brings more than a decade of HR expertise alongside an equally impressive background in operational leadership. Throughout her career, Adrienne has built a reputation for driving meaningful results through employee engagement, retention, and thoughtful talent development. She leads with an open-door philosophy that isn’t just a policy – it’s a reflection of who she is. People at every level feel seen, heard, and supported under her leadership.
Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Brenau University.
Her commitment to people extends well beyond the office. Adrienne has dedicated years to supporting transitioning service members through Onward 2 Opportunity, providing interview coaching and preparation to those who have given so much in service to our country. She also volunteers with the Women’s Center of Jacksonville, where she helps deliver educational programming to elementary, middle, and high school students — investing in the next generation of leaders in her community.
