Bailey Ghazi brings over 18 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, encompassing residential/custom housing, industrial/marine projects, and multifamily developments. He joined LandSouth in 2016 as an Assistant Superintendent and quickly advanced to Superintendent in 2020. As General Superintendent, Bailey supports Project Teams by ensuring jobsite safety, maintaining high construction quality, exceeding client expectations, and evaluating schedule and sequencing.
Bailey has successfully led multiple large-scale projects to completion and is recognized for his ability to strengthen field operations and elevate overall team performance. His broad skill set and field-tested experience allow him to proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout all phases of construction. In addition to project oversight, Bailey plays an active role in mentoring and developing Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents through hands-on training, field leadership, and operational guidance. He brings extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Project for project scheduling, sequencing, progress tracking, and coordination across multiple teams and trades.
