The Mill at New Holland, a gated community, is nestled on 13 beautiful acres at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The 284 urban apartment homes are housed in 11 multi-story brick veneer buildings with cementitious siding and elevators. The Mill at New Holland features 13 spacious floor plans accented by modern design in one and two bedrooms beginning at 650 square feet. Residents enjoy stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and balconies along with nice finishes and resort-style amenities. A pool, dog park, and outdoor kitchen highlight 11,600 square feet of amenities. Garage and surface parking are available.
