Your dedicated project manager and on-site superintendent provide transparent communication throughout all residential building construction stages, ensuring your apartment construction or senior living development stays on schedule and on budget.

LandSouth constructs each project with meticulous attention to detail, following all contract documents and performance standards. In the rare instance a defect arises, or a component does not perform as expected, LandSouth provides a one-year limited warranty as part of our unwavering commitment to the valuable partnerships we build with our clients. Our seasoned Warranty department works directly with your operations team to correct claims in a timely and efficient manner.
