With over 10 years of recruiting experience, she is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing quality candidates, extending job offers, and implementing onboarding and training strategies. She takes great pride in promoting and sharing LandSouth’s incredible company culture and has extensive experience finding talented construction candidates from entry-level to executive and matching them to their perfect position. Amy earned her Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky.
