Adrienne is an experienced Human Resources leader with a passion for training and development, and driving employee engagement, retention, and business results through being employee focused and a strategic business partner. In addition to her over 10 years of HR leadership experience, she also has ten years of operational leadership experience and enjoys making a positive impact on the people she supports. Adrienne is a strong advocate for continuous learning; and encourages and facilitates training and continuous development with everyone she supports both in business and personally. She has a true open-door philosophy where everyone is encouraged to stop by. Adrienne attended Brenau University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resources. Adrienne is committed to serving Veterans and the Jacksonville community. She has assisted with interview preparation for transitioning service members, for many years, through volunteering with Onward 2 Opportunity. She also volunteers for the Women’s Center of Jacksonville, assisting with presentation of their education programs for elementary, middle and high school students.
