DAN GARNER

Dan is a Division Manager with over 17 years of multifamily and residential construction experience. By beginning his career as an Assistant Superintendent, then rising through the ranks to Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, then promoted to Project Manager, Dan has become familiar with all aspects of the industry – from field operations and site safety to implementing reliable construction schedules and negotiating project costs. Now as one of LandSouth’s Division Managers, he leads multiple in-progress projects across the Southeast. Dan uses his extensive background to help his team work proactively and limit risk throughout a project’s life cycle. His leadership philosophy centers around constant collaboration and communication with teams, proving crucial for delivering his clients quality projects on time and within budget. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
