Louis has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began as a supplier and subcontractor before he joined LandSouth as an Estimator and Project Manager. Most recently, Louis served as the Vice President of Construction at a development company. He is a strong advocate for mentorship, transparency, and collaboration across all departments. Excited to reconnect with familiar faces and forge new relationships, Louis is eager to contribute to the team. Outside of work, Louis enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, often at the beach or traveling. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
