Louis has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with roles including Supplier, Subcontractor, Estimator, and Project Manager. Most recently, Louis served as the Vice President of Construction at a development company before his return to LandSouth. He is a strong advocate for mentorship, transparency, teamwork, and collaboration across all departments. Outside of work, Louis enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, often at the beach or traveling. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
