As LandSouth’s Vice President of Operations, he supports his project management team and ensures project consistency. Bob focuses on driving client schedules without compromising quality and safety. He values the importance of building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and especially his LandSouth team. Bob wants to grow his team from within, so his primary priority is developing our people. As a leader, he empowers others through strong communication and collaboration.
