Caspian at Delray is a contemporary, urban mixed-use project that includes apartments, retail and office space. All studio, one & two bedroom apartment homes offer wood cabinetry, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. The building is a concrete structure with extensive use of glass & metal accents and private balconies. The 3rd floor features a pool and amenity deck including a club room that opens to an outdoor entertaining area, including refreshment seating, grilling areas, a water wall fountain, tropical gardens and private terraces.
