Essex at Universal features 11 spacious floor plans from one bedroom, one bath to three bedrooms, two baths ranging from 622 to 1324 square feet. Apartment homes feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and some residences have French door refrigerators and jetted garden tubs. Resort-style amenities include a pool, fitness center, and pet park along with an 8,000 square foot clubhouse. Essex at Universal sits on 11 acres at 9369 Universal Blvd., north of the Las Palmeras by Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare hotel and close to the Orange County Convention Center. Attractions include Universal Studios, Disney, and Top Golf.
