
A President of LandSouth, Jason Cromer is responsible for planning, implementing, and integrating day-to-day business operations and strategic direction of the company. Before advancing into his current role Jason served as Vice President of Preconstruction where he led all LandSouth’s pre-construction efforts, including business development, contract negotiation, client relationship management, and estimating. He previously served as a Division Manager, overseeing all aspects of construction for multiple projects across the Southeast. He leads by example and has been a champion of LandSouth’s culture and core values since joining the company in 2005 as an Assistant Superintendent. Jason’s extensive experience and construction knowledge give him valuable insight when supporting new and existing clients throughout the pre-construction process. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. Jason is a proud member of the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Chairman’s Club. He also serves on the University of North Florida Construction Management Advisory Board.
