CHAMPIONS GATE, FL. – LandSouth Construction, an award–winning Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in senior housing, multifamily and mixed–use development, will soon begin construction on the Preserve at ChampionsGate, a $36 million luxury apartment community in ChampionsGate, Fla.

The gated community sits on 12 acres at 8411 Championsgate Blvd. Groundbreaking was in February and completion is expected in October 2019.

RIDA Development Corp. of Houston, Texas chose James S, Carr and Associates of Malvern, Pa. as the architect for the five–building project. The Preserve at ChampionsGate will feature 307 apartment homes with one, two and three bedrooms in five expansive floor plans.
