MARY TIPPETT

As Operations Manager, Mary works under the direction of the Vice President of Operations and collaborates with the Development Team at LandSouth by creating operational initiatives to align with the company’s goals of continued training and process development. She has over two decades of experience specializing in performing root cause analysis, software strategizing and implementation, and procedural updates. Mary empowers her direct reports to support LandSouth project teams through accountability and teamwork. Mary studied at Western Carolina University. Mary proudly serves as a Resource Development Chair at Hubbard House whose mission is “Safety, empowerment and social change for victims of domestic violence and their families.”
