The 500,000 sq. ft., four-story development will be part of a new master development on 51 acres of waterfront property and will be joined by a marina, retail space, restaurants and other residential options making the mixed-use development a true place to live, work and play. Each unit is appointed with top of the line fixtures like Grohe faucets and backlit mirrors, to name a few. Amenities include a water walkway, sauna, pool, fitness center and six-story parking garage. Residents can choose from 11 floor plans that will range from studio to three bedrooms. Located close to the Crosstown Expressway, residents have easy access to downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena and Raymond James Stadium.
