FOUNDED
  • 1998

    LandSouth Construction is founded by James Pyle in Jacksonville, FL.

  • 2000

    The firm builds its largest multifamily project to date: Preston Hills, a 464-unit Luxury Apartment community in Buford, GA.

  • 2003

    LandSouth moves into new corporate headquarters in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

  • 2004

    The company builds its first senior living facility, 93-unit Lehigh Legacy in Lely, FL.

  • 2010

    LandSouth is awarded the “Excellence in Construction” and “Grand AURORA Award” for Integra Shores at Daytona in Volusia County, FL.

  • 2013

    LandSouth celebrates its 15th year in business and rebrands with a new logo.

  • 2015

    The firm completes construction on luxury senior living facility, American House Phases I & II, in Bonita Springs, FL.

  • 2016

    LandSouth begins work on its first-ever international project in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

  • 2017

    LandSouth moves to new headquarters and hires its 100th team member.

  • 2018

    The company celebrates 20 years in business!

  • 2019

    LandSouth expands its headquarters to accommodate its fast-growing staff.

  • 2020

    The company launches its LandSouth Scholarship program, an annual college scholarship for high school students.

  • 2021

    LandSouth begins partnering with Procore, the most advanced construction management software in the industry. The firm also updates its Mission & Values Statements.

  • 2023

    LandSouth celebrates its 25th Anniversary.

  • 2024

    Jason Cromer became President of Landsouth Construction
