PHASE 1: Project Planning

Project Planning is the first and most important phase of your multifamily construction project. The goal is to develop benchmarks to hone in on your project cost estimate and completion timeline. During this time, we’ll collaborate with you and your development and design teams to define goals. By working closely with you at this earliest stage of development, we are able to anticipate potential problems before moving dirt or laying foundations, providing the benefit of design-build collaboration, without the additional costs.

PHASE 2: Pre-Construction

The Project Planning phase is complete! Now, it’s time to begin Pre-Construction. During this phase, the details of your project start to come into focus. Our estimating team will collect pre–qualified subcontractor bids, seek out value engineering opportunities, and establish your project costs. As specialists in multifamily construction, we have significant buying power with a large network of top-quality sub-contractors. PHASE 3: Build

Finally, we begin construction on your development. From this point, it is full speed ahead until completion. Utilizing an advanced integrated systems approach and leading-edge project management technology, we maximize productivity, while minimizing time, materials, and waste. The result is a higher quality and more efficiently produced finished product. Throughout construction, your project manager will be your constant point of contact, along with your onsite superintendent and their field team. They will communicate with you regularly to ensure that every stage of your project runs seamlessly, from groundbreaking to final punch.
