Focus on employee development propels LandSouth to 2nd spot on “Best Places to Work” list

Jacksonville, FL.– LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, FL. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed use development, was ranked #2 in Jacksonville Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” for the Small Business category.

Jacksonville Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace, a specialist in measuring workplace satisfaction, for their annual Best Places to Work competition. Each nominated company was given an online survey with 30 workplace questions to distribute among their employees. The results were then analyzed and scored by Quantum Workplace. Their survey evaluates various elements of employee engagement:

LandSouth received this honor in 2014 and 2015 and is thrilled to be back on the list for 2017 with an employee satisfaction score of 94.8%.
