GAINESVILLE, Ga. – LandSouth Construction, an award-winning Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in senior housing, multifamily and mixed-use development, has begun construction on the Mill at New Holland, a $34 million luxury apartment community in Gainesville, Ga.

Located in North Georgia, on Limestone Parkway, developer MESA Capital Partners of Atlanta chose Dwell Design Studio, LLC of Alpharetta, Ga. as the architect. Completion is scheduled for June 2020.
