Convenient to downtown Orlando and the Sun Rail Tramway, Integra 289 Exchange is located at 115 Integra Reserve Lane, just north of the intersection of Hwy 17/92 and Fort Florida Road. In all, 400,000 square feet of non-residential space including office, retail, restaurant and general commercial are planned along U.S. 17-92 soon.
