Units will come in 11 different floor plans ranging from 623 square feet to more than 1,600 square feet. Future residents can choose either a studio, one, two, or three-bedroom homes. Regal Apartments will offer a clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, golf simulator, boardwalk, and other high-end amenities. The development is near area beaches, St. Johns Town Center, and the University of North Florida.
