The LIV Ironwood Apartments at Hammond’s Ferry are part of a riverfront, mixed-use project with breathtaking views of the Savannah River. The architecture of LIV Ironwood is designed to fit in with the area’s rich history and compliment the traditional southern architecture. The 7.1 acre property shares the 200 acre mixed-used area with 800 other residences – single family homes, town homes, carriage homes, cottages and live/work space. Residents have 14 luxury floor plans to choose from.
