Livano Nature Coast will be a garden-style development, with 15 three-story buildings. Residents will be able to choose from one-, two-, or three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a resort-style pool and clubhouse, miniature golf, wood-framed pavilions, pickleball courts, and a pet center. Livano Nature Coast will offer proximity to downtown Spring Hill and all it has to offer.
