Two Rivers Ranch will be a garden-style development with a greywater filtration system. The project will have a total of eight 3-story buildings with an integrated Clubhouse into one of them. There will be 7 different unit types with a Studio apartment at 617sq ft and the 3-bed, 2-bath at 1,365 sq ft. Amenities include a Zero entry pool with outdoor grill stations, under roof pool pavilion, an outdoor cooking station featuring gas grills and a gas pizza oven. There is also a fitness center, dog park, double pickleball court, a large playground for kids with grills at the playground and dog park area. Two Rivers Ranch is near the Hillsborough River State Park, Crystal Springs Preserve, Upper Hillsborough Reserve, and has a rural feel but is within 30 minutes from downtown Tampa.
