Presidium Town Center is a four-story, urban-style multifamily project consisting of 10 buildings and 370 units. Units will range between 680 and 1,575 square feet and come in one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. The complex also offers two-story carriage homes. Presidium Town Center is equipped with almost 15,000 square feet of top-of-the-line amenity space, including a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and game room. Additional on-property amenities include a movie wall, dog park, pet spa, and vehicle charging station. Located in Jacksonville, Florida, off AC Skinner Parkway, Presidium Town Center sits on just over 17 acres and is close to local beaches and the St John’s Town Center.
