The Helix is a 300 unit, stick frame multifamily development located near I-4 in Lake Mary, Florida. Units within this four-story, garden-style apartment complex come in an assortment of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. All interiors feature shaker-style cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and side-by-side washers and dryers. Amenities onsite at The Helix include a fitness center, dog park and spa, game room, bocci ball court, and car care center.
