RiverVue

The property, previously called Commander, sat vacant for years. Chance Partners and LandSouth were able to partner on this project and make it financially viable by renovating the Commander building rather than tearing it down. New townhomes and apartments sit adjacent to the existing 16-story structure. At 16 stories tall, this is LandSouth’s tallest project to date and residents have beautiful views of the St. Johns River. The property is located in the historic and stylish Avondale area of Jacksonville, Florida.
