During the Pre–Construction phase, the details of your project come into focus. Our estimating team collects pre–qualified subcontractor bids, seeking out value engineering opportunities and establishing your project cost.
Finally, we begin the building construction phase of your development. We employ an advanced integrated systems approach, using the highest–efficiency digital technology to maximize productivity, while minimizing time & waste.
