Joseph Pesticci

Chief Financial Officer

Joseph Pesticci is a finance and strategy executive whose leadership is defined by one consistent principle: building structures that sustain long-term enterprise value. As Chief Financial Officer at LandSouth, he serves as the company’s strategic lead-directing enterprise-wide strategic planning, contractual governance, and comprehensive risk management. Nowhere was that responsibility more consequential than in guiding LandSouth’s transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a complex undertaking he drove by identifying the structural pathway and executing the transaction to establish a lasting culture of shared ownership. He brings the same deliberate discipline to technology, actively integrating AI and emerging tools into corporate processes to drive efficiency and sharpen organizational visibility. Grounded in emotional intelligence, Joe is an educational leader in EQ, focused on empowering people to lead with purpose and perform beyond what they believed possible. With a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Quinnipiac University, as well as a prior CPA license in Connecticut, he brings more than 25 years of financial and strategic leadership to LandSouth. Joe proudly serves on the Beaches Area Advisory Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida, whose mission to enable all young people to reach their full potential reflects his own belief in human capability.
