Louis Fegan is a seasoned construction leader with more than 20 years of experience across all facets of the industry, including roles as a supplier, subcontractor, estimator, project manager, and executive. He most recently served as Vice President of Construction for a development company before returning to LandSouth, where he continues to lead with a focus on operational excellence, collaboration, and team development.
Known for his commitment to mentorship, transparency, and strong cross-functional partnerships, Louis believes successful projects are built through teamwork and open communication across every department. His broad industry background provides a well-rounded perspective that helps drive both project success and organizational growth.
Louis earned his Master of Business Administration from University of North Florida and serves on the university’s Construction Management Advisory Board. He is also a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
