The Gate Apartments community consists of five buildings, a clubhouse, mail kiosk, pool gazebo, six garages, and a separate maintenance building on the property. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range from 829 to 1,470 square feet and are accessed through the secured building entrances and air conditioned corridors. Units include extra-large kitchens, walk-in closets, and thoughtful interior design accented by crown moulding, custom-paneled doors, and raised panel cabinetry. The complex is located at the heart of the ChampionsGate Development with Disney and Universal Studios attractions nearby.
