Developer Forest Properties of Cambridge, Mass. chose James S. Carr, AIA and Associates, LLC of Malvern, Pa. to design the gated, garden-style apartment community that sits on 77 beautiful acres. Take I-75 to Exit 21, then FL-70E to Ranch Lake Boulevard.

Ranch Lake II will feature 247 apartment homes in 28 buildings. Completion is scheduled for April 2020. Well-appointed interiors will include quartz counter tops in the kitchen and luxury vinyl tile in all common living areas. Ranch Lake II will have 8,113 square feet of resort style amenities including a pool, fitness center, tennis court and pavilion, outdoor bar, business center, game room and library. Residents will have the choice of uncovered, attached, and detached garages.
