Authentix Robinson Gateway will be a garden-style development and consist of 12 two-story buildings and 1 three-story building. There are 33 floor plans ranging from 680 – 1,304 square feet. Residents will enjoy amenities including a Clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park, and pickleball court. The project is located in the heart of Palmetto, 10 minutes north of Downtown Bradenton, and 30 minutes from Bradenton Beach and Ana Maria Island. It will be a part of the new Moccasin Wallow Master Development consisting of BayCare Hospital and commercial development including Home Depot, Wawa and other such establishments.
