Catchlight Crossings is a Mixed-Use Development – Affordable Housing. Phase I of the project consists of three buildings with a total of 300 units, 1A – five story frame over 1 story podium (6 total stories), 1B1 – four and five story frame over two-story podium (7 stories), 1B2 two wood frame over one-story podium (total 3 stories). Floor plans include 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms with UFAS Units (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards). Units range from 1 bedroom, 700sf, 2 bedrooms 1,060sf, 3 bedrooms 1,220sf. Amenities include a Clubhouse, Pool, Fitness Center, and Dog Spa. There will also be a Business Center, UCF Hybrid Class Room, Medical Clinic, Retail Spaces, Academy Space, and Community Food Pantry. Catchlight Crossings is in close proximity to Universal Orlando Theme Parks and Resort, the Orange County Convention Center, and International Drive – a major resort, dining, and nightlife area.
