Livano Serenova will be a garden-style development and consist of 6 total buildings: 3 three-story buildings and 3 four-story buildings. There are 3 total floor plans ranging from 900 – 1,500 square feet. Residents will enjoy amenities including a Clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog spa, pickleball court, and a Shared Use pedestrian/bike path along the entire front of the property. Additional amenities include a Community Courtyard, BBQ Grill Stations, and Pool Cabanas. The project is located next door to the Classical Preparatory School and is close to an Amazon Fulfillment Center and Weeki Wachee Wildlife Management Area.
